Join me on the mat for a gentle and nourishing yoga practice, perfect for starting your day. We begin seated, using slow, grounding movements to connect the mind, body, and soul. This session is designed to help you ease into your morning with mindful awareness, using breathwork and gentle stretches. We’ll explore flowing circles to release tension in the body and wake up the muscles after a night's rest. Throughout the practice, the focus is less on perfect alignment and more on feeling the body from within—moving in ways that feel right for you.
You’ll experience a mix of soothing spinal movements, gentle twists, and deep side body stretches, helping you lengthen and release. With each inhale, you’ll draw in fresh energy, and with every exhale, you’ll let go of any lingering tightness. The practice includes standing poses, such as lunges, to open the hips, as well as a calming cat-cow flow to relax the spine. Finally, we wind down with a nurturing yogi squat, offering space for reflection and grounding.
This practice allows you to fully arrive in the present moment, letting go of external distractions as you prepare for the day ahead. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, you’ll find balance and peace through these mindful movements, all while connecting with your breath and tuning into your body’s natural rhythm.
Take this time to pause, breathe, and allow yourself to settle into a place of stillness before stepping into the rest of your day. It’s a beautiful opportunity to build awareness, flexibility, and strength, both physically and mentally.
