☀️I needed this strengthening flow today. I was feeling a bit feeble when I woke up and it helped me tap into some inner power!
☀️I used to enjoy an energising run but that’s not a great option for my spine anymore. Times change and we make new discoveries and choices based on our circumstances. What I particularly love about yoga is how it offers so many different styles and approaches… I can go all out with a super sweaty dynamic Vinyasa flow, or build strength and stability through a more supportive slow flow, or melt into my mat with a blissful restorative practice - and that’s exactly what we did last night in class! It was heaven. I love that my yoga practice is alway different, constantly evolving, shifting and reflecting the energy within and around me. It’s not really about what it looks like but how it feels.
