Feel Good Flow - Finding Freedom Yoga

π Feel Good Flow! Join me on the mat for this 30 minute practice which will stretch out the entire body, shift out any stagnant energy and ultimately leave you feeling great!
π Letting go of the idea that our yoga practice should either look or happen in a certain way is life changing. What matters is how it feels.
π The feeling of a yoga practice is everything. You could be making the most complicated shape, trying to master a breathing practice or sending yourself upside down but if it doesnβt feel good, the likely scenario is that it probably isnβt doing much good either. I only ever practice what feels good and this often changes each time I come to my mat. Sometimes itβs finding stillness. Sometimes flowing through a dynamic vinyasa flow, other days it might be the calm and quiet of a Yin practice. And this discovery of the inconsistency in my mind and body has led me to find consistency on the mat - and better still a feeling of ease in my life.
π In the same way today will feel different to tomorrow (based on the many elements that influence our lives from hormones, sleep, weather, environment etc) no two yoga practices will feel the same. Perhaps the more we can embrace this on our mat, the more we can find the same ease as we navigate our lives.
