There is nothing like a gentle Sun Salutation Flow to wake up the body, to free the mind and help self regulate the nervous system. I am a big fan of regularly weaving a few rounds of Sun Salutations into my day, especially in the morning.
This short flow will help you to get out of your head and into your body, syncing breath with movement to flow effortlessly through a serious of postures that will stretch, strengthen, improve range of movement and ultimately help you feel great. You could practice this flow at any time of the day but I particularly recommend if for the morning or late afternoon can feel rather good too, when you feel yourself reaching for the tea and biscuits!
