When & Where:
Do it anytime, anywhere — seated, lying down, in bed, or a chair. Take your time to get comfortable.
Purpose:
A gentle pause to breathe, notice, and reconnect with your body without pressure or expectation.
Breathwork:
Begin with deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth. Let the breath ground you.
Shift to gentle nasal breathing, observing the breath’s rhythm without trying to change it.
Awareness:
Allow thoughts, feelings, and distractions to come and go. Gently return focus to your breath.
Notice sensations in the body — tightness, resistance, calm — with curiosity and acceptance.
Support:
Breath supports the nervous system, helping to shift from stress into a calm, balanced state.
Closing:
Return gently with small movements. Acknowledge the time taken for presence and self-connection.
Namaste.
