Sunday Slow Flow

32m
This is a slow, breath-led Sunday evening practice that gently guides you from seated grounding into flowing twists, standing folds and somatic movement to release stagnant energy and tension.
It emphasises mind–body integration, using supportive props, long exhales and spacious pauses to help you drop out of your head, feel energy shift through the spine and shoulders, and gradually settle toward deep rest.
The session closes with nourishing floor twists, wide-knee child’s pose, thread-the-needle and an unhurried shavasana, inviting you to honour how you feel and absorb the benefits of your practice.
